 Domain not showing in account
Solution If you can successfully login to an account but the domain name doesn't show in your account there are two possible causes:-

i) The domain is not associated with the account you are logging into. This may be because you have two different email addresses registered, each of which has its own account. OR
ii) Because the domain was registered through a reseller branded site.

You should use the WHOIS tool to query your domain name. The WHOIS output will tell you:-
i) The email address shown for the administrative contact. This is the address you need to use to manage the domain name. AND
ii) If the domain name was registered through a reseller you will be able to see the reseller's name in the WHOIS output. You must log in via the reseller's site (normally in the form https://secure.internetnameregister.com/resellername/ )
